There is a young dog who is lost and scared hanging out on the corner of San Joaquin & Vine Street near the address 304 e Vine st 95202 near SECA highschool. It has been here all day and night. It is desperately looking for home but I can't get close enough to help. I think that they may be from the area but nobody seems to be looking for it. Please if you're missing a dog or you know someone that is or if you are in the position to help please come rescue this dog it's breaking my heart
