We are seeking for a full-time maintenance technicians are responsible for general maintenance tasks. Able to Handling assigned work orders and PMs inspections evaluating, repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems in the building receiving and responding to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises. Required for the job, must have a valid driver’s license and EPA License Janitor job description: The Janitor/Maintenance is responsible for cleaning the Complex’s office, laundry room, other common areas and the interior of any vacant apartments if necessary. A working knowledge of janitorial care and possibly some light maintenance or grounds work is required. Required for the job, must have a valid driver’s license EOE
