Our manager is in charge of the day to day operations of the Santa Photo Set. Duties include, but are not limited to, participating as a greeter, photographer, cashier; scheduling employees; opening or closing the set; making daily deposits; being point person for Mall Management; assisting in training new employees.
Managers are required to work a minimum of 45 hours a week (at the set) for the duration of the promotion from early to mid-November through closing on December 24th.
Staff Members work up to 40 hours per week as guest traffic increases, work as greeter, photographer or cashier.
Requirements
Essential Responsibilities and Qualifications are:
Must be 18 years of age (minimum age requirement) 16 for staff members.
Required to pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
Attending pre-season training (paid)
Energetic with a positive attitude
Responsible for the set opening and closing on time every day
Professional with a solution driven approach to challenges
Ability to work with families and children
Professionally and positively representing our client (Mall Management) and VIP
Help create a positive and productive work atmosphere for Team Members
Understands the importance, and how to help create safety on the set
Responsible for being on time for every shift
Must be available during busy days and on weekends.
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
