Overview Christmas in Color, presented by Wonder Entertainment, seeks seasonal event staff labor to oversee daily event operations for Christmas in Color’s interactive drive-thru light show running from November through January. This includes acting as an event Greeter and Traffic Marshall while providing a quality Guest Experience. The event will be held at Water World in Federal Heights, CO. Dates of work 11/15/2021 through 1/3/2021. Responsibilities Welcome, Check-in, and Communicate with guests using Exceptional Service Skills Follow all Christmas in Color safety protocols Follow Opening and Closing Procedures Conduct daily Health Assessments and adhere to all COVID-19 protocols Provide clear and concise information to all our event guests to ensure optimal Event Experience Represent the Christmas in Color identity with charisma, professionally and tranquility, even in high stress situations Be fluid between performing the following roles: As a Greeter, be able to: Follow and execute Christmas in Color ticketing procedures Maneuver technology devices used to check-in Guests, such as scanners and iPads Scan and ensure guests have an appropriate entrance ticket Spiel to Guests the Show Guidelines to ensure they have the best possible experience Hand appropriate guests merchandise packages based on their ticket Use conflict resolution techniques to mediate guest issues/situations As a Traffic Marshall: Ensure vehicle flow is effective and efficient Filter paid and non-paid customers to the appropriate line Direct any stopped vehicles to appropriately move forward Assist vehicles that have issues during the event and aid in executing contingency plans Identify weak points of the show and address them as needed Have an extra out-going personality and take initiative to interact with guests, dance around, and maintain a high energy throughout shift Ensure guest have an optimal experience by maintaining an effective traffic flow and using conflict resolution skills Qualifications Proven track record of exceptional customer service At least one year guest experience Experience using tablet devices for ticket processing A bubbly personality and love for the Holiday Spirit Ability to take initiative Comfortable speaking and interacting with customers Work Environment Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time Must be comfortable working outdoors (hot and cold weather conditions) Must be available to work evening shifts, weekends and holidays Must be willing to commute to event site Event Staff apply here: Christmas in Color is looking to hire a motivated team that is skilled, self-starters, and has a positive attitude to contribute to this event's success! As a Production Crew member, your primary responsibilities will be to set up metal structures, hang lights, and perform various general tasks. Our Site Manager will give direction and instructions. Duties include any of the following categories but are not limited to: Cleaning and preparing construction sites. Loading and unloading materials and equipment Working with a variety of power tools Building and taking down scaffolding and temporary structures. Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment. Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties Job Requirements Looking for 18 years and older. We are staffed up on how many people for unde 18.
