Colorado North West Jeffco area seeks General Labor / Property Groundskeeper / Light Maintenance Person FT/PT - Permanent Position - Duties include overall general labor / general security, DVR Maintenance, mowing, spraying, watering and pruning. Seasonal snow removal, light equipment operation. Must have good communication skills. Applicants with trade experience, landscaping or general maintenance encouraged to apply. Sub - Contractor. Min. age requirement 18. Willing to train motivated individual. Must have a clean / valid MVR, adequate references and be able to pass an extensive background check.
