STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater police are reminding residents that winter parking rules are now in effect in the city. From Nov. 1 until April 1, residents must park their vehicles following an odd/even schedule. Vehicles must be parked on the side of the street with even addresses on even-numbered dates and on the odd side on odd-numbered dates, according to city ordinances. ISD 834 Voters Approve Levy Requests During 2021 Election If vehicles are not parked on the correct side of the street by midnight, they could be ticketed or towed, Stillwater ordinances state.
