Two abandoned dogs in need of loving forever home

So the ex shows up a few weeks ago and decided to dump his belongings and his dogs on my porch. No sign of him since. Now the weather is getting cold and I work nights so I have had no choice but to bring these precious babies inside. One is a 10 week old adorable male pup which I am told is pit mix. The other is I don't know what breed but a medium sized dog brown in color with medium length hair. He is a very smart dog and knows many commands. He is a sweet boy and has not been neutered. I believe he is around 3 years old. Please help give either of these guys a good loving home.
