Culver City Crossroads November 4, 2021 While the season of giving is just getting started, there's plenty of time to look for presents. Giving that will make a major difference does not even have to come from your wallet. According to the Red Cross, The current blood supply is the lowest reported at this time of year in more than a decade. At least 10,000 donations are needed per week to meet demand across the U.S., and donations typically slow during the holiday season. There are Red Cross blood drives coming up in Culver City in tomorrow and Friday. You can make an appointment or just drop in at Culver Palms Family YMCA, 4500 S. Sepulveda Blvd on Nov. 5 from 10 am to 4 pm, or the Culver City Blood Donation Center, 5359 Sepulveda Blvd on Nov. 6 from 7:45 am to 2:45 pm , or Nov. 7 from 7:45 am to 2:45 pm.
