Cass County will hold a public auction in the Cass County Commission Room on Tuesday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m. on property that has been forfeited to the County for delinquent taxes.
A list of available properties can be found at www.casscountynd.gov/sale.
Prospective purchasers are urged to examine the title, location and desirability of the properties available to their own satisfaction prior to the sale. Terms of sale can be found at www.casscountynd.gov/terms.
