My name is Mack and I'm a professional roofer for Panda Exteriors. My job entails inspecting roofs for storm damage and helping homeowners deal with restoring their property. So, I'm looking to hire someone to help me find homes with storm damage AND sign them up for a free inspection. The more leads/inspections you book, the more money you earn! For this job, you'll need your own transportation (preferably) and be willing to travel throughout Northern Virginia. Additionally, you should meet the following basic criteria: - Personable and social, able to talk with almost anyone. - Self-motivated and hark-working. - Flexible, full or part time availability. - Willing to walk door-to-door and knock on homes to generate new business. - Have sales experience or else have a killer personality! You'd be compensated for gas AND get paid based on how you perform. The more leads you provide, the more you make. I can either pay you a set $ for each lead generated OR I can pay you a % commission on each lead that turns into a sale. Additionally, if you want to become a roofer, I can eventually train you up.
