JULY 21 – AMERICAN SOUR BEER (16 people per class, $20, 7-8PM) Join us to celebrate how American brewers are taking a Modern look at Old World brewing techniques that end up as “sours.” During this hour-long class, we will explore the history behind sour beer styles and blending. Where did the styles begin? This course includes six 4-ounce tasters of different beer styles we discuss in class. Come learn something about a style you have or haven’t had before and learn about why it’s important to the world of craft beer.
