Description
My car was towed to Don's towing lot on Saturday. They said I could come by on Monday to clean out my stuff. Several personal items of mine were missing. I told them about it. They said they would look at their security video. I also emailed twice and called again. It is now Friday and nothing has happened. The only people with access are workers there. The car was locked and the keys are in the office. Signs are posted against trespassers and Must have Permission to enter the yard. They say they also have a sign that says- NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items!!! Well then who is responsible for theft at their place of business? Perhaps the tow driver pilfered my car before he got to the yard. I do not know and they are not offering any help or restitution. After an ordeal like that- all I need is one more headache from Don's Towing service. I hope you will all spread the news and NOT use them in the future. Perhaps some loss of business will change their attitude. They should not allow a thief to work for them!
