Fritsche Corp.(over 50 years of ownership, building and managing our communities and NO they're not for sale) is looking for your help as a punchout tech at our eastside Columbus apartment community. Permanent full time position available.
Needed knowledge / experience:
*basic home repairs & maintenance.
*basic plumbing - faucet repair / replace, toilet repair / rebuild, sinks and tub, disposal replace, etc.
*basic electric - replace outlets, switches, ceiling fan, lights, etc.
*appliance repair / install.
*basic carpentry - cabinet repair / replace, doors & door jamb repair / replace, touch-up trim, caulking, etc.
*HVAC certification a plus but not required.
Must have own tools, transportation, valid driver's license & vehicle insurance.
