We have spent months creating a site for employers and job seekers in the state of California. It has over 40000 jobs listed. We get very little traffic on it. We can't pay anything, but we really would appreciate any help/input on any changes that you would suggest. While we welcome suggestions, please understand, we might not always implement it. If you know anything about marketing, would also appreciate suggestions on how to get more traffic. (we have tried google ads).
