We are looking for who are experienced Property Preservation Contractors throughout Tulsa and surrounding areas. You MUST carry General Liability Insurance, have your own trailer, and required equipment (Smart Phone, compressor, generator, snow removal equipment) and know the photos requirements while on-site. You will need to be able to perform work orders such as: Evictions Initial Secures Final Secures Lock-changes Trash-Outs Winterizations De-Winterizations Allow Accesses Grass Cuts Etc., Etc., Etc,...
