Help! My handman left a whole mess of projects unfinished

Hi, we are very handy but also incredibly busy, so we use regular helpers to keep up with the projects. Well, we’ve had a string of super unreliable people start stuff and not finish it and now everything is a mess!! We need: Finish fencing project (affixing bamboo panels to reed panels) and then seal them. Gazebo assembled (takes at least 2 strong handy folks and we can help-instructions say it takes 4 but the reviews mention being able to do it with 2-3). This is the #1 priority and needs to be done ASAP. These are the emergency items (they’re for work). Also could use help building a custom door (have materials) and a custom sized screen door (don’t have materials). We need a reliable team, as we always have new stuff started.
