Looking for a studio space- tons of great gear!

Hi my name is Harris, I’m an artist / music producer looking to move out of New York. I ran a studio in Brooklyn and have a bunch of great gear, trying to find a space to move into and build out a bigger studio- something spacious with windows and in a naturey setting. It could be a barn, a shed, a spare room or structure. Hoping to find a space that I can use for free in exchange for having all this valuable gear in there. Or discounted rent. I envision creating more spaces like these and have been slowly building a community of like minded musicians and artists all over New York. Would love to hear your thoughts ! I'm also a professional producer & jazz pianist and can barter my skills as part of the deal- production, mixing, mastering, jazz piano theory, synthesizer lessons etc. Ive worked on several projects that have millions of streams (Cathedrals, Ayer, Von Sell).
