Description

Professional Underground Services, Inc. is a local excavation and underground utility contractor seeking an experienced equipment operator. We are looking for someone who is reliable and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various excavation equipment, such as a backhoe, excavator, and drilling/boring machine. Responsibilities: • Ability to operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company’s operating safety policies and procedures • Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers • Ability to read various instructions, blueprints, and job plans • Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned • Lifting and carrying of heavy materials on a regular basis (up to 50+lbs) Qualifications: • Class A CDL preferred, not required • Valid driver's license and provide own transportation to shop or jobsite each day • PRIOR EXCAVATION/UNDERGROUND UTILITY EXPERIENCE is a plus • Must pass pre-employment drug screening Compensation: Based on experience.
