I am looking for someone to run with in the evenings downtown. I usually work out at the Y from 5:30-7pm so some where in there. Maybe start out shorter and work our way up to longer runs just as long as you can be consistent. Gender doesn’t matter I am just trying to get some cardio in but I am a dude.
