Hello Los Angeles artists, fabricators, and designers! My company, The Opus Group, currently occupies an industrial space for our production in a 4000 sq ft space in the Arts District (corner of Palmetto and Colyton). We are looking for other like-minded creative types to sublease and share the space. We have a cnc router, laser cutter, various woodworking tools and 8x large assembly tables for projects that we are willing to share with the right fit. We are looking for somebody to sublease a minimum of 1000 sq ft but have more space available if necessary in the adjoining warehouse (that is connected through a 20’ wide roll-up door). The building has: -220V power -110V outlets -bathroom access (with shower) -gated parking for 2 vehicles -roll up gate for unloading materials -24/7 access with no noise restrictions -outdoor space for painting parts -shared conference room for client meetings -outdoor shade covering for relaxing/working Please email me if you are interested!
