Housekeeper/Light Maintenance Pier 32 Marina is looking for a housekeeper with some light maintenance skills to join our amazing team. Responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of buildings and common areas. This is a full-time position which will include weekends. This is a physical position which will involve the following: *Cleaning of all restrooms, showers and common areas and to keep stocked with appropriate supplies for the convenience of residents, staff, and visitors. *Empties all wastebasket and trash receptacles and takes gathered trash to outside trash cans as needed to maintain an odor-free and sanitary environment. *Handles all chemicals according to manufacturer’s directions. *Works efficiently as a team or independently. *Take care of other assigned tasks around the marina. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
