Assistant to Superintendent of building and grounds. Handyman, general cleaning both interior and exterior of building, general labor. Must have minimum of 3 years handyman experience, cleaning experience and general labor such as setting up chairs and tables for large groups. This job is full time, background check and drug test's required. Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently. Must have valid up to date ID, social security card, clean driver's license and reliable transportation as well as 3 references.
