Primary Responsibilities:  Clean and restore contents and structures damaged by fire, water or mold.  Clean residential and commercial structures.  Evaluate contents for restorability.  Inventory, pack and transport restorable contents to our warehouse for cleaning and storage.  A focus on excellent customer service is critical.  A positive, no excuses attitude.  Must be available to work extended hours if and when volume requires. Position Requirements  Effective oral communication  Basic math skills  Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred  High school diploma/GED  Ability to lift moderately heavy objects  Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights  Ability to work with and around cleaning products/chemicals  Ability to pass a drug screen and back ground check as required by our national accounts clients  Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pay Rate: Competitive pay based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay, production bonuses, and pay increases based on merit.
