As of Friday, November 5th, pay rates for Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators have been increased in preparation for Peak Season and some of our top Distribution Warehouses such as DHL, FedEx, Kroger, HD Supply, Victoria's Secret, Lululemon, Carhart & Dr Pepper are looking to fill 200 1st and 2nd shift positions by November 17th. Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Here's what we're looking for... General Warehouse Personnel (Picker/Packer) Job Description: Tracking orders, packaging products, and applying shipping labels to outbound orders. Maintaining warehouse inventory and arranging and storing boxes & product in a manner in which they won't be damaged. Compensation: $19-$25 per hour Job Requirements: -No experience necessary -No drug screen required -Must have reliable means of transportation -Must be able to lift up to 25lbs -Must be able to follow simple instructions Forklift Operators Job Description: Moving, staging, stacking, loading & unloading product using various forms of lift equipment, such as Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks, Walkie Riders & Standard Forklifts. Compensation: $19-$26 per hour Job Requirements: -Must have at least 6 months experience operating forklift equipment -Must be able to pass a written Powered Industrial Truck Exam -Must have reliable means of transportation -Must be able to follow simple instructions Work Locations include Groveport, Reynoldsburg, Canal Winchester & Hilliard.
