I have an official complementary (non-derogatory) certificate from the late 1970’s that may be of interest to the family or survivors of Mr. James V. Watson. You may consider it insignificant; however, if it were from one of my ancestors, I would want to have it. Therefore, my conscience does not allow me to dispose of it. It was located, quite by accident, while clearing a storage unit. Anyone wishing to legally claim the certificate, please contact me here via email. I will hold it for thirty days, after which I will turn it over to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s lost & found. NOTE: My text number is out of area as I recently moved here from another state.
