(Supported Video Platforms: Zoom, Skype, Apple FaceTime, Google Hangouts Meet, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger) With over 20 years of experience in playing the flute, I am a passionate and energetic teacher who cares a lot about my students. My qualifications include a music performance diploma in Flute from the Guildhall School of Music & Trinity College London in the U.K., a Master of Arts degree, and I have also studied in Italy. In addition, I have performed with the Montgomery Symphony Orchestra and many chamber music groups. The musical genre that I enjoy playing and teaching includes jazz, classical, pop, choral, and sacred music. I'm currently the music director and pianist at a local church in downtown DC while also playing flute with another choir church. References can also be provided from my current adult students or the parents of my grade-school students. As an added benefit, my students will have the opportunities to perform at recitals that I organize. I can also prepare you in taking The Royal School of Music (ABRSM) or Trinity College of London U.K. music exam. My rate is $60 for 45 minutes, or $70 for one hour. Contact by email.
