Frame 2 poles and beam in basement

Looking for someone who can build a frame around 2 support poles and the ceiling beam in our basement (doesn't need to be stained or painted, we can do that ourselves). We would need someone who could do this as soon as possible, as carpets are being installed soon. Please reply with estimated cost. Both beams are approx. 80.5" tall, the support beam that runs across ceiling is approx 226" long and approx. 7" wide. See pictures
