We currently have an opening in our Maintenance Department as a Hybrid Technician. Position Requirements: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to • Maintain the overall appearance of the community • Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities • Policing the grounds and parking areas • Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting • Assist maintenance staff upon request • Pre-employment background check and drug testing required. • Working weekends will be mandatory.
