Professional house cleaning service looking to add cleaners and teams to our company. We deep clean / "make ready" empty houses before they are listed for sale. Cleaners/teams must have transportation, supplies and equipment. We pay $180 flat rate for each deep clean / "make ready" clean and $42 flat rate for each maintenance cleaning. Maintenance cleanings are mainly floors, counters and sinks (20-30 mins less each, some cleaners do 8+ maintenance per day). - 2-4 make ready houses available per day per team Monday-Friday. - Paid WEEKLY by direct deposit. - English NOT required - review make ready inspection list below 1. Wipe down exterior doors and trim. 2. Clean out all exterior light fixtures to be free of debris/cobwebs. 3. Broom clean exterior front entry, porch, patio, garage. 4. Vacuum/mop all flooring. 5. Clean all exterior 1st floor windows inside and out, and the interior side of all above grade windows. Clean all tracks/frames. 6. Clean all air vent grills. 7. Clean all interior window, base, sill and trim. 8. Clean all switch/outlet plates and remove any paint. 9. Clean all light fixtures and ceiling fans. 10. Clean all doors, frames and trim. 11. Clean kitchen and laundry appliances - inside-outside and underneath. 12. Clean cabinetry inside and outside and top including drawers. 13. Clean counters, sinks, plumbing fixtures, toilets seat to remain down. 14. Clean showers, tubs, surrounds, wall tile free of grime and soap scum. 15. Clean window coverings if left in place. 16. Clean baseboards. 17. Clean top of furnace, water heater, softener. 18. Remove cobwebs from inside house, exterior areas. 19. Remove all debris and trash. 20.
