Tired of playing the same old SHIT??? I'm venturing into IRISH BLUES ROCK, something that hasn't been done in this area, and for good reason, it's not easy! Rory Gallagher was a musician's musician, and the best live performer I've ever seen. Humble, yet deadly on that strat! There are NONE in the buisness that haven't raved about him, and still do. Remember when Johnny Carson asked Hendrix who the greatest guitar player is? He replied: I din't know, why don't you ask Rory Gallagher! It took years to learn his material, something I'm very proud of, and by no means easy. If you're an accomplished bass player, look up Gerry McAvoy. If you're a percussionist, look up Rod D'Ath. Rory's piano player Lou Martin was light years ahead of Billy Powell, and you can clearly hear Lou in all of Billy's playing! If you think your bass and drums are up to this challenge, I'd like to hear from you. (the very few times I"ve done this on stage, the audiences went wild). Cheers!
