We have 50+ units upcoming, Several ready now. Locations range from Fife to Green lake to Issaquah. We Need an experienced G.C. or tradesmen with knowledge of the trade of flipping apartment units. Abilities needed, Flooring installers capable of knowing what needs to be done in surface prep, and install snap and click 7mm LVP. Also needing someone with electrical knowledge capable of checking heaters, plugs, and dissecting possible issues ect. Plumbing abilities of swapping out and installing fixtures, supply lines, angle stops ect. Experience in the trades is a MUST as well as friendly, reliable attitude with transportation and tools, and good communication skills. Quality work is a must so please be honest about your skill level and abilities. It will show. We will supply the products, you supply the labor and we can keep you busy during the cold upcoming months. Willing to accept bids to G.C. your own unit for completion within our timeline.
