Puget Sound) compensation: Paid Sick & Safe Leave/PTO/ Paid Holidays/Employee Benefits/ Bonus opportunities employment type: full-time Landscape Construction Crew Foreman compensation: Paid Sick & Safe Leave/PTO/ Paid Holidays/Employee Benefits/ Bonus opportunities employment type: full-time Monday thru Friday *Signing Bonus* Experienced: Landscape Construction Crew Foreman *$500 Signing Bonus* After 60 Days Primary Responsibilities for a Landscape Construction Foreman •Supervise daily operations of a landscape construction crew. •Responsible for utilizing resources to complete jobs and is expected to participate in providing services when needed. •Communicate and solve problems dealing with employees and clients. •Equipment operation, plant layout and site layout knowledge. Required experience •Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Landscape Construction including landscape supervisory experience. •Landscape Installation: ability to read & implement simple blue prints & landscape schematics, grading & drainage, retaining wall construction, complex commercial irrigation systems. •Equipment operation: Ability to use basic loaders, skid steers, trailers and other landscape equipment with safety & efficiency, other equipment includes backhoes, power augers, grading rakes, tillers, etc. •Good knowledge of plant and soil types; horticulture and professional landscaping practices •Must have valid Washington State Driver's License with good driving record. •Highly motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire confidence and professionalism to our customers. •State and national landscape certifications are a plus.
