MISSING- KINGSTON (Border Rd and Meadow Cir NE) Our senior Shih Tzu mix black/white dog with a blue collar with reflective dog bones is missing as of about 7:30pm tonight. His name is Downer. He can see shadows but is mostly blind and deaf. 🙏🙏😢😢 We’re also very new to the area so he doesn’t know his surroundings very well.
