Mold Fabricator Superior is looking for a motivated, energetic, and accountable full-time Mold Fabricator to Build / Prepare & Repair molds for production. Includes fiberglass lamination/surface repair. Autobody/Detailing/Fiberglass experience a definite plus. We are a Wentzville based, 37+ year established manufacturing company. We provide cultured marble bath products primarily to the new home building industry in addition to commercial jobs and individual home remodels. $18+ / Hour to start PLUS Significant first year pay increases - based on GOOD attendance and position skill mastery. Responsibilities include: Build / Repair / Recondition fiberglass production molds Large Mold repairs / Mold Box work Minor Mold repairs / buffing Fiberglass Repair / assist roll out Clean molds / apply wax release Requirements: Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a tape measure Operate small hand tools (including buffer, grinder) Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Safety-conscious Mon- Friday schedule with OT as required Company Benefits: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance after 30 days Paid Vacation + NINE paid holidays Company paid Life Insurance $18 / hour+ to start based on skills and experience PLUS pay increases as skill level increases, growth potential available Apply online @ Indeed.com or in person M- F 9am 2pm at: Superior Home Products 211 Edinger Rd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
