Finisher Position Wentzville based 37+ year established manufacturing company of cultured marble bath products looking for motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable team members to fill Finisher positions. NOTE: Significant first year pay increases - based on GOOD attendance and position skill mastery. PLUS 1.25 - 1.50 / hour incentive PLUS Attendance Bonus Responsibilities: Operate small hand tools (buffer, grinder) Polish various cultured marble products Packaging and storage tasks Load trucks Perform all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures Monitor tools and equipment for proper operation Other related manufacturing/warehouse duties as assigned Requirements: Buffer / Grinder / Auto body detail experience preferred Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a tape measure Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Safety & Quality conscious Dependable / Good Attendance Ability to interpret and support policies, procedures and established standards Physical Demands and Work Environment: Lift up to 75 pounds Able to bend, squat, and twist 25-50% of day Standing / Walking 100% of day We Offer: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance after 30 days Paid Vacation + NINE paid holidays Company paid Life Insurance Pay increases as skill level increases, growth potential Monday - Friday schedule with some Saturday OT as needed Apply online or apply in person M-F 9am-2pm at Superior Home Products, 211 Edinger Rd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
