Residential High Rise Community in Falls Church is looking for Custodian Team Leader to lead a team of six. **We are offering a $200 bonus to any employee that stays at least 90 days** Hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. Occasional weekend work required from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM. The individuals should be prepared to do manual labor both indoors and outdoors. The duties include and are not limited to: cleaning offices, bathrooms, public spaces, cleaning windows/glass, mopping and vacuum, changing bags, and removing dumpsters from trash room to outdoors dumpsters. Outdoors the duties are to keep the property clean and presentable and water plants according to the season. The work is labor intensive and requires a lot of time on your feet. It is expected for those interested to be friendly with the residents, focused, and able to deliver tasks as instructed, and be able to work with coworkers, as well as lead a team. Previous class A office or condo experience preferred. Must be able to communicate in English - bilingual in Spanish preferred. If interested - please send resume and best contact information.
