BUILD 2 GATES AND SHORT FENCE

Please see the photos in order. I am looking for a competitive, long-term landscaping provider. West Side: This gate (image 1 and 2) is old, damaged, and falling off the hinges. It needs to be rebuilt. We will reuse the existing fence posts only. The backer rails, pickets, top cap, and gate hardware (hinges and latch) will all be replaced. The gate must be reconstructed as shown in the example image (image 3). All materials are provided including 2x4s (for the backer rails) 2x6s (for the top cap) pickets (image 4) and gate hardware. We are only replacing the length shown in the photo (image 1) which is about 6'. We will not replace any part of the fence that wraps around the side. East Side: There used to be a fence here as shown in the old photos (images 5 and 6). We will add a new fence/gate here (image 7). This will require adding a new fence post on the left of the new concrete pathway (image 7). The gate should be constructed the same as on the west side (image 3). All materials are provided (as with the west side) including the fence post and a 60lb bag of concrete. Additional landscape projects are available.
