I have a hand fed baby parakeet that has special needs. He or she (too young to tell) does not have flight feathers on their right wing. This means they fly erratically and must use ladders to enter the cage or climb up to the playstand. They are also missing a toe on their left foot. This does not affect their ability to climb or perch. These are birth defects and not a result of disease. This adorable baby is super sweet and looking for a home that can accommodate them.
