Eric and I feel so blessed by all the wonderful people in our lives! We would love the pleasure of having you attend our wedding! let me share with you a little bit about how Eric and I met! Eric and I met at our young adults church group. Our pastor had orchestrated a summer sports night once a week . The day when Eric and I met was the week of basketball. I had been on the fence about going because I wasn't sure if there were going to be any other women there. I decided that, even if I went and there weren't any women there, I would just join in with the men. When I arrived at the church, it felt a little awkward because there were so many men. So I ended up going over to the picnic table with the other women who were there. We talked for a while until I decided I'd join in on the basketball game. It was a team game and there were too many players for the team, so we decided to alternate players between each score. I was the first of my team to alternate out, and when I did I decided to go back to the picnic table. I didn't end up going back into the game because I was too busy talking with the other women. After some time passed and the game was over, the men started another game, only this time I wasn't in it and Eric was the one who was alternating out between scores. In the time that he subbed out, he would come over to where I was and join me in climbing trees! Eric eventually stayed hanging out with me and climbing trees instead of playing basketball. Of course I was very happy. Eventually basketball night ended and people started leaving. Eric and I ended up staying in the parking lot for a while just talking and getting to know each other before we went home. This is the story of how Eric and I first met! This will be a semi formal event! Tickets not required at door, only for rsvp purposes so we know how many will be attending! Mask will be required. Celebrating with you on our special day is the only gift we require.
