Hi - Doing general rehab of houses in RALEIGH (27616, 27610) includes all usual stuff cleaning, demo, walls, sheetrock and cabinets prep and painting, decking, some carpentry (shelves, door installs, brickmold, trim...), framing, landscape, fence install,... No bs, drama, druggies, or games - just straightforward work, paid at end of day. $12-15 / hour unless discussed differently. The more info, the better. Please let me know SPECIFICALLY 1.
