Mom needs some help please

Hello, I am seeking help getting my children some winter clothes and/or some food for a couple days. I was actually in the store yesterday shopping and my purse was stolen. The police were finally able to recover most of my property, prepaid cards, DL and etc but my cash wasn't. Due to me not having proof that it was mine and the guy she was with had a good amount of money on him. I do have proof of the report, victim's right and photos for proof. I have 3 children and we have very little warm winter clothing.
