You will be working for a well-known and respected school district – giving you the pride of accomplishment for your part in maintaining the schools within the district. In this Union position you will be leading your team to achieving the highest results possible. This will require the right candidate to have: • A high level of customer service experience • Attention to detail • Reliable – a record of being on time • Train new Custodians • Coach and discuss performance of Custodians • Desire to correct customer complaints immediately • Must be a Great Ambassador for ABM – communication in a professional manner with Client and Custodians In this fast-paced environment -You need to be able to: • Perform Cleaning Routines in an Excellent Manner • Inspect buildings for safety • Supervise, inspect, and perform tag work • Solid history of safe work practices, following and enforcing company policies The right candidate will have: • Driver's License and Clean Driving Record • Commitment to working all scheduled shifts - ability to coach team members on committing to their shifts Do you have a proven record of success leading a custodial team?
