Crew Lead/Sunroom Installer

We are currently looking for employees who have skill and experience in the construction trade and sunroom installation with supervisory experience and the desire to take on the responsibility as lead man. These are full-time positions in the Neenah/Appleton area. MUST HAVES: -A high school diploma or equivalent; any advanced education is a plus -A valid driver’s license -Ability to lift more than 75 pounds at a time -Experience working with hand and power tools -Follow direction of project manager -A positive attitude and strong work ethic -Be highly motivated, a self-starter and a quick learner -Ability to lead supervise and direct crew -Make decisions for crew as lead and take full responsibility for decisions -Work with project managers to reach weekly installation goals -Able to withstand temperature changes during each season -Be on time every day as each day start times may vary -Good organizational skills and ability to pay attention to details -Good communication skills -The ability to be friendly, kind, and respectful to our customers Wages depend upon experience.
