Professional Event Staff Needed - December 10th - 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM

We are in need of professional event staff to work a medical education program for physicians on Friday, December 10th, from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. This is an EARLY MORNING program. We expect all staff to be onsite and at the meeting location at least 10 minutes before the 6:00 AM arrival time. Please also note that this is part of a large medical conference, and the conference is requiring that all attendees are fully vaccinated. Date: Friday, December 10th Time Onsite: 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM Location: Hyatt Regency Atlanta Dress Code: All Black Business Professional Attire (no jeans, no sneakers, no athletic wear of any kind) Duties: Assist with meeting set up, scan attendee badges, hand out meeting materials, direct attendees to meeting rooms, help pack boxes at the end of the meeting Vaccination card will be needed upon entry to the venue. Facial masks required. Rate: $90 + $15 stipend for parking (with receipt) - payment issued within 1 week post event via mailed check.
