2nd and Chestnut Debris moving

This might sound like a bit of an odd ad but we are really desperate and have tried every other remedy. We have a building at 124 chestnut street and our neighbor at 126 Chestnut street dumps all their trash out on our sidewalk instead of putting it infront of their own property. We have received thousands of dollars of fines and have contacted every city official but nothing has changed. We are looking for someone to come as needed and move all trash ( which is from their building, their trash tote says 126 Chestnut) and move it all onto their property. This would need to be done in the morning hours. This will need to be done probably once or twice a week. I will pay someone $30 for each time they do this. Its easy and your not doing anything illegal. They are dumping their trash on our sidewalk we are simply asking someone to move it over to their property who dumped it on us. If you are local and are interested in making some very easy money please let me know. All trash is typically bagged and honestly would take less than 5 mins.
