Two decades in the making, you’re invited to celebrate the 20-year reunion of the Ephrata High School Class of 2000! The cover of the 2000 Ephrata ‘Cloisterette’ yearbook reads, ‘The more things change, the more they stay the same.’ Now’s your chance to learn if that’s true! The event will be held under the outdoor pavilion at Foxchase. The space is fully shaded with permanent fans in consideration of our summer evening event. Regular Ticket Price is $45 and includes: • Buffet dinner (two entrees (vegetarian options available upon request), sides, salad and bread) • Soft drinks • Desserts • Music, games and prizes A full cash bar is also available. No outside liquor is permitted. This is an adults-only (21+) event. Class members are welcome to bring a guest. RSVP AND PAYMENT: 1.) FAQs: How did we arrive at this date and venue? In line with the preference of the Class of 2000’s Facebook group polls that sought a casual feel and late-summer date, the planning committee found a venue that checks all the boxes in location, value and environment with Foxchase. What if there’s inclement weather? No worries! The pavilion at Foxchase has canvas sides that can be dropped down in the event of inclement weather. Considerations on keeping the space temperate are also being made by the planning committee. Where can I stay if I’m coming from out of town? A block of rooms has been reserved at the Ephrata Hampton Inn for $159 a night. If interested, you can call up to a month prior and ask for the Ephrata High School Class of 2000 discount. There are three hotels in Denver that are only three miles from Foxchase and are very reasonably priced: Tru by Hilton ($107 at time of posting), Comfort Inn Lancaster County North ($110), Red Roof Inn Denver ($71) all of which can be booked on any booking site. What if I’m a vegetarian? Vegetarian accommodations will be provided by the venue. Please indicate your wish for an alternative dinner option in the comments section when purchasing tickets. What if I smoke? There is a designated smoking area on the north side of the pavilion, next to the outdoor game area.
