We are in need of an event professional to manage registration for a small dinner program for nurses on Thursday, November 11th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A laptop is also required (with HDMI connection) so that we can show the meeting slides. Date: November 11, 2021 Time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Location: Location to be Provided - Springfield, IL 62701 AV Needed: Personal Laptop to view slides (with HMDI connection) Meeting Rate: $120 Mileage Reimbursed: up to 30 miles roundtrip Type of Event: Continuing Medical Education (CME) Dinner Meeting Dress Code: Business Attire Responsibilities: Meeting registration, meet and greet attendees, ensure attendees sign in, ensure opening remarks are read, distribute pre and post survey, collect all materials, answer general questions, help ready program materials and set room, complete on-site summary report, return materials in prepaid FedEx envelope If you have experience in working these types of meetings, please send your resume in PDF format.
