Smart Corporation, Inc. is currently hiring a full time Multi-Family Superintendent in the Austin, TX area. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of painting, paint products, and is coachable. Responsibilities: • Provides superior customer service and ensures the safety of the assigned projects • Quick study of scope of work, and successful communication to all lower tier subcontractors and vendors • Manage lower tier subcontractors and project needs • Full understanding of schedule of values to maintain assigned projects within budget • Maintain safe and clean project sites • Additional duties as assigned to meet project needs Requirements: • Accountable, motivated, and organized individual • Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice without losing sight of priorities • Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and peripheral devices • Adapts easily to project demands and various types of personalities in a positive manner • Minimum of 2 yr. exp. • Bilingual, Spanish a plus • Must have own transportation • Travel to project sites • Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License • Verifiable previous experience work references • Must be able to pass a background screening This is full time exempt position. Salary $36K-41K. Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Benefits include group health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and paid holidays. Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, have reliable transportation, valid unrestricted driver's license and pass a background check.
