SCHEDULE : MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30AM - 4:00PM JOB REQUIREMENTS -Honesty, Integrity, Reliability, Flexibility -Efficiently trims and manicures dried flower -Efficiently trims and removes fan leaves from wet plants as needed -Efficiently removes buds from stems as needed -Must follow proper procedures when machine trimming is needed -Required to clock in and out on time when performing BOH work (ie: harvesting, bucking, transplanting, and other duties as needed) -Accurately and efficiently organizes different materials throughout the day -Accurately labels bins and bags as needed -Communicates with leads as well as management to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company -Must work well in a team environment -Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while trimming/bucking/harvesting -Must operate with honesty and integrity -May be assigned other tasks/ job duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS -Knowledge and familiarity with cannabis -Familiarity with warehouse procedures -Knowledge of all policies and procedures -Must work in a timely manner and strive daily to increase productivity -Ability to work in a team environment -Must be able to pass a background check -Experience in a complex, fast paced environment -Organization and planning skills -Ability to build relationships -Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -Responsible for end of day clean up each day -Able to sit, stand, reach and lift for long periods of time -Able to use scissors and do a repetitive “cutting motion” for hours at a time -Able to lift up to 50 pounds We are a rapidly evolving business expanding across the U.S. We have current projects in Colorado, Puerto Rico, New Mexico and Oklahoma We plan to continue expanding and with that offer many opportunities for growth within the company.
