Moving help - small amount of stuff

Hello, Looking for someone to assist in moving a bed and various other small and lightweight room items. Long story short, I hurt my shoulder a while back and do not want to overdue it. There is not much stuff. I would imagine it would be a two, maybe three hour job. Will pay $35 per hour cash. We will be making approximately two trips in a Uhaul or pickup. If you have a truck, that would be a bonus.
